What we collect, and why.
No accounts, no online payments, no advertising trackers. Here is exactly what reaches us and what the visit statistics record.

The short version
We do not sell your information, we do not run advertising trackers, and this site has no accounts or online payments. We learn what you choose to send us, and we count visits to improve the site.

What you send us
The quotation forms on this site do not send anything to our servers. When you press Send, the form opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message already written, containing what you typed: the grade, tonnes, delivery city and, if you add them, your name and phone number. Nothing is sent until you send that message yourself.
When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or phone, we receive your message, your number or address and anything you include. We use it only to answer you, quote, arrange and invoice your order, and keep the business records the law requires.

Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: which pages are read, roughly where visitors are (country and city), what device and browser they use, and which buttons are pressed (for example a WhatsApp or call button, or a quotation being sent, with the grade, tonnes and city but never your name or number). Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga) to recognise a returning browser. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views and measures loading speed without cookies.
These statistics load a few seconds after the page opens. You can block them with your browser's tracking protection or an ad blocker, or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout); the site works the same without them.

Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, it processes your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it
Messages about quotations and orders are kept as long as needed for the order and for accounting and tax records. Google Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months.
- 6.
Sharing
We share your details only with those who help us deliver your order (for example the transporter who needs a delivery contact), with our accountants and tax authorities where the law requires, and with the services named above that run the site and its statistics. We never sell them.

Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by writing to sales@induscarbon.com.

Changes
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
