Higher-grade lump for kilns and cement blending.
Chamalang coal, from the Loralai–Kohlu border, is counted among the better Balochistan coals: higher heat and less ash. Most goes to brick kilns; cement plants blend it with imported coal. Sulphur is high, so it is not for boilers with strict limits.

Heat is energy per kg: higher burns hotter. Ash is what is left after burning; sulphur drives fumes and corrosion. Lower is cleaner for both.
