Plain terms for using this site: what our prices and figures mean, what the photographs show, and where the law sits. Orders are governed by our written confirmation and the terms of supply.

Who we are
This website, induscarbon.com, is run by Induscarbon, coal merchants of Quetta, Balochistan ("Induscarbon", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Prices and quotations
Every price on this site is indicative. Coal prices in Balochistan move week to week, and freight, tax and availability change with them. A price shown here is not an offer and does not bind either party.
A price becomes binding only when we confirm it to you in writing, by email or on WhatsApp, for a stated grade, quantity, basis (ex-Quetta or delivered) and date. Each order is then governed by that confirmation and the terms of supply on our prices page.

Coal quality and analyses
Coal is a natural material and varies within a field and from lot to lot. Heat value, ash, sulphur, moisture and size figures on this site are typical ranges for each field, given for guidance. They are not a guarantee for any particular truck or lot.
Where a specification matters to you, agree it in the written confirmation of your order; we test lots at loading and can arrange independent testing on request.

Photographs
The photographs on this site are licensed stock images of coal, mining and transport (from Unsplash and Pexels) used to illustrate the products. They do not show our own depot, trucks or staff, and they are not photographs of the coal you will receive.

Guides and general information
Our buying guides, city pages and answers to questions are general information about coal and its use. They are not engineering, legal, tax or financial advice. Check tax rates, regulations and the needs of your kiln, boiler or plant with a qualified adviser before you rely on them.

Use of this site
You may view, print and share pages from this site for your own business purposes. You may not copy the site or its content for resale, scrape it in bulk, misrepresent it as your own, or use it in any way that is unlawful or that interferes with the site working for others.
The text, layout, drawings and logo of this site belong to Induscarbon. The photographs belong to their photographers and are used under their licences. Field and place names (Duki, Chamalang, Sor Range, Harnai and others) are geographic names and are used to describe where coal comes from.

Links to other services
Buttons on this site open WhatsApp, your email app or your phone dialler. Those services are run by others under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

No warranty
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise that every figure is current or that the site will always be available or free of errors.

Limits of our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information on this site, including indicative prices or typical analyses, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our responsibility for coal we sell is set by the written confirmation of that order.

Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute about them or about this site is subject to the courts at Quetta, Balochistan.
